With our project, the project owner and partner organizations' personnel educate the public trainers related to Quality Management System in this area with educational planning that vocational training specialists for 2 weeks in Belgium, England and Hungary, going to Total Quality Management (TQM) in the field of education will review and in return projects implemented in Turkey in the light of information gained will develop their professional training. Examination of the TQM training period of 2 weeks in Europe and the system of public institutions is sufficient to analyze. The objectives of the projects submitted; - TQM implementation in Europe in the field of vocational training systems, examine, - Mobility of the participants implemented TQM in Turkey to update and improve vocational training, - Medium and long-term public institutions to improve the quality of services offered to the public, - Participants gave their training in institutions after returning from abroad, thanks to the work of the organization's staff to increase efficiency and public satisfaction, - Owner of the project is to improve the capacity of institutions and international studies project. Our project participants; Mamak and Meram Municipality directorates in charge of the TQM TQM system serving as instructors in this area, providing vocational training to municipal staff on active duty or in the planning of this training are the domain administrator. Mamak people who participate in the project from the Public Education Center within the institution offering vocational education and training in the field of TQM planning authorities. Participants of people with educational backgrounds of our professional teaching staff varies but all are at least a bachelor's degree. The main reason for this is also a direct license in the field of quality management education and more to do with the lack of vocational training is an inter-disciplinary.
