The project TOOLS FOR HEALTH gathered together 30 youth workers (students, teachers, educators) from 5 different countries from EU or partners with EU (Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia and Turkey) The Project took place in Craiova, Dolj County, during 13 days, from 18th to 30thof November 2015.
The participants we chose had some previous experience with non-formal educational methods and were eager to share them, learn some new ones and experiment with them. The non-formal educational methods we chose to present and apply were made to fit the needs, difficulties and expectances of youngsters with neuromotor deficiencies.
The aim of the project was to teach the 30 youth workers 3 non-formal methods: psychodrama, play-back theatre and relational exchange. Through these methods, they will help the youngsters with neuromotor deficiencies develop their life and professional skills, to become active European citizens
The participants of this project had some experience in working with non-formal methods of education, were youth workers, teachers and educators and they are also active in some NGOs, public and educational institutions (such as schools, cultural centers etc.) or companies and were good English speakers.
