The theme of the project was 'activities associated with the structured dialogue between representatives of the people who shape youth and youth policy in the region' and identified a number of possibilities for the implementation of their ideas and plans on the basis of local government and other public institutions.
Participation in the project allowed youth to learn from good practice about projects in cooperation with the authorities in the field of non-formal education. Young people got to know the rules and had the opportunity to interact with representatives of the local authorities.
The project was organized during European Youth Week 2015.There was a series of events that focused on young people and youth workers:
- Erasmus Programme +: Youth, School Education, Training and Vocational Education and eTwinning information meetings;
- Fairs of Projects and Organizations - organizations and youth groups presented their projects and youth activities carried out in recent years in the context of (mainly) Youth in Action Programme and the Erasmus +;
- A nationwide youth debate „jEsTeM aktywny”- the event was organized in a way that allowed young people to dialogue with representatives of national and local authorities, academics, employers and other interested In youth policy.
The next phase of the project will be workshops and meetings for youth, how to promote active participation in parliamentary elections that will take place in autumn 2015 and organize proattendance campaign.
The summary of the project was Pomeranian Youth Week, organized in one of school in Gdańsk.
