The title of the project is Think green! Color the life., and will be implemented in the city Targu Secuiesc from the county of Covasna and it s region. The 12 month stage includes 3 EVS volunteers from Spain, Austria and France and 3 international partners from this countries as it follows: ACD la Hoya, « Horizon Habitat Jeunes » and Verein 4YOUgend. The theme of the project in environment , youth and promoting healthy lifestyle trough sport activities . The principal task and role of the volunteer: • Learning about host country and contributing to the activities of host organization. • Helping to lead the activities of the green after school program of the association. This program includes working in 3 groups/3 time per week with children and youngsters. The activities consist in handicraft workshops, lectures about environment and healthy lifestyle, using non formal educational method. • Helping to prepare small local projects • Leading informing activities with the help of the specialist in various programs • Developing new green game ideas • Leading foreign language courses one time per week in 2 stages during the project The principal used methods are non formals as peer learning, learning by experience, dinamic conversation, debate, etc. The project involves 15 children with fewer opportunities as participants in the green school. The children are institutionalized, they come from Manna House and from an orphanage in Targu Secuiesc.
