Project “Think Globally, Do Business Locally” is aimed at young people from cities and rural areas. Our project includes two activities - two youth exchanges - first named Development of Rural Areas Throught Business in Orava region, second named Seizing Business Opportunities in Towns in Košice city. The main goal of our project is to present the fact that it doesn’t matter in what location young people live. They can create space for entrepreneurship anywhere, especially with the help of internet and other modern technologies. Activities are designed in a way so young people will be inspired by environment of rural areas and city and would know how to apply benefits from both to their own environment. Almost 100 young people, including those with fewer opportunities, from 6 countries of Eastern Europe will meet on exchange in Orava and then Kosice, where in 8/9 days will learn what they need to start their own business, how to use internet tools to start a venture no matter their location or financial situation, what support programs and types of businesses exist in rural areas/cities.
