Strollad LA OBRA, hosting organization (Douarnenez France) is a theater company composed of Breton and Latin American artists. It questions the issues of minorities through artistic , social and multilingual experimentation.The company is part of the "art and social transformation" approach where minorities are a force of creativity and innovation. LA OBRA is member of the movement of popular education "People and Culture" and of the federation of breton's theater companies "C'hoariva". The work of RESIDUI TEATRO, sending organization (Madrid, Spain) is centered around the fight against discrimination and marginalization and uses art as a tool for personal and social transformation. It has more than 1,600 members who participate in the activities of the association.THE OBRA project is to host a young volunteer in EVS for a period of 12 months. The project objectives are to: propose an european theater of diversity base on multilingual and intercultural, reinforce the formation of the breton's young people and youngs with fewer oppportunities in theater and awareness about minorities, particularly the Indian populations of Latin America.The volunteer will be required to participate in a theatre creation between Guatemala and France about migration, participate to theater and stills workshops, participate to cultural activities in order to raise awareness among minority issues and participate to daily life of the theater companiy ( training, investigation, meeting, presentations etc.) The project impact will be to facilitate the European integration, strengthening intercultural links, develop the creativity of minorities by the encounter with the Other, and highlight the European cultural diversity.
