The project programme aimed to create a communication between theatrical and educative/social work
in disability enviroment in the reciprocal enrichment perspective, using different methodologies like theatreterapy and social theatre.
Throughout different structured activities (role exchanges, body expression, sensorial and outdoor experiences) participants experienced theatre without basic abilities: how to play without sight? How to communicate without speaking? How to move without legs? In TheatrAbility disabilities change into new abilities. Throughout the experiences, the participants reflected about the disability’s physical and social limits and learn new professional and relational skills.
