Specific cross-borders objectives of the operation are the intensive collaboration between organizations from Croatia and Slovenia,which are using swimming for improvement of physical and mental health, for social integration and inclusion of disabled people. The organizations will exchange the experience and knowledge on professional meetings, visits with the excahnge of experts, with organization of joint meeting of disabled people and using the website as a source of information and node of social network for communication, education and promotion of project. This will improve the operation of organization supporting disabled people, improve the health of disabled people and increase their social inclusion. Expected Results: Prepared educational materials, developed web portal, prepared promotional materials organized professional meetings and visits of disabled people.
