YE ''The steps for a chance'' is designed for youth workers in order to introduce them with personal branding tools that can be helpful as one of the approaches in work with young job-seekers. This branding tools will be presented to wider audience via theatre. Personal branding is the process of clear and consistent communication of one's unique skills and passions and how they are used to solve problems. Participants will learn new working methods and will be able understand their strengths, abilities and opportunities, using a variety of techniques like work with art and drama tools, group simulations, social media and multimedia, creative thinking tools, coaching, personal feedback and self-reflection tasks.The YE will be a space where young people will be able to make presentation about curent problems in their country, will exchange information about self-awareness or connecting with skills, passions, purpose, and experiences that make one unique, authentic differentiation or learning to use skills and passions to solve problems in unique ways, and communication and connection - communicating problem solving abilities in ways that are consistent, meaningful, and visible. The youth will create a play in which they will explore activities that contribute to understanding one's strengths and weaknesses. Hence from there, the promoters will share the different information about personal branding. YE will provide a step-by-step guide for conducting self-analysis, creating a unique identity, defining objectives, discovering passions, creating a plan, putting that plan into action, and monitoring progress. The YE will result in participants with new knowledge about this issue and with theatre play which can be used as media to the crowd.The YE will be hosted in Kavadarci from 8-16th of February and will gather 42 participants from Macedonia, Ukraine, Serbia, Spain, Slovenia and Bulgaria.
