The project will contribute to the development of the cross-border cooperation in the aim of valorization the common social and cultural heritage. Expected Results: Accomplishment of an information exchange and connections between people of culture within public libraries and cross border-border communities, development of partnerships in the education and culture fields; Setting up a cultural communication and dialogue network between specialists from public libraries and Romanian and Ukrainian writers from both sides of the border; Setting up two Mobile Libraries; Setting up two permanent exhibitions; 40 librarians trained in the Biblionet-Bibliomist program;
