The Internship of Young Economists
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED 

Fourty-six 3rd and 4th grade students will take part in the project and carry out their professional training in commercial enterprises and companies during 15 workdays in England, Hungary and the Czech Republic. They will be accompanied by seven teachers who will look after them and monitor their internship and solve problems if any. Mobilities shall start in September 2014. The main goals and outputs are the following: • enhancing attractiveness of vocational education and training • to support these young people in their professional and language preparation so they can use, apply and improve their knowledge and skills which they gained during their studies at our school • to support their personal development, employment ability and participation at European labor market • to increase students' interest in foreign languages • to enable students to test their flexibility and adaptability in a foreign country, their personal maturity, independence and responsibility • to increase their own personal experience and become acquainted with different culture, mentality and traditions • provide students with new working methods and procedures • to increase the school credit • to keep and strengthen cooperation with the partners who has already cooperated with us within the Leonardo da Vinci Mobility project The main activities of the sending organization: - to inform studnets about the mobility project - to select participants on the basis of clearly defined and transparent criteria - appropriate target country, receiving partners, duration of the training and its content to reach targets in terms of their skills and competencies which the participant should acquire or expand - in cooperation with the partners, preparation of the participants for practical, vocational and cultural life in the host country - agreemets the content of which will be transparent for all parties involved and work internship programme will be their inseparable part - transport, accommodation, necessary work permits, welfare and insurance - teachers´monitoring - consistency among needs of the participants´ vocational training, School Educational Programme and the content of the training - confirmation of skills, abilities and knowledge gained by the participant and evaluation of general outputs in specific area of vocational training - dissemination activities The main activities of the receiving organization: - cooperation with the sending organization during the planning process and the project implementation - full-board accommodation of the participants - adequate placement of the participants in an enterprise - supervision and monitoring of the participants - local transport - cultural programme, social events - support in the understanding of the inhabitants´culture and menatlity - practical assistance if necessary - the final report - the certificate of vocational trainig completion, recognition of vocational training within ECVET When the mobility is finished, all participants will receive Europass Mobility, Europass certificate supplement, a certificate of achieved qualifiction - all these documents will help participants to be successful at the labor market. The existing cooperation among involved organizations will strengthen as well as the functional relationships and we can help each other with the implementation of ECVET which is increasingly becoming an important part of mobility projects. The cooperation within the ECVET partnerships for mobility will allow transfer of credits from the host environment to the home environment which is based on the process of evaluation, validation and recognition. This will help us improve the educational process of students so that their success within further study options as well as possible job placement would be highly adapted to requirements of nowadays.
