In order to support professional development of teachers we applied for a mobility project for School Education Staff. The name of the project was: "The future of education is in implementation of European learning climate at schools"; Teachers ,professionals involved in education need to be side by side with modern flows and tendencies that new time implies. The aims of this project will be directed towards: -improved language competencies -improved learning performance -better awareness of the European project and EU values. -increased motivation for taking part in future education As regard to this experienced teachers who were involved in teaching for a longer period of time the following outcomes were achieved: -improved competences which are connected to their profession(teaching) -better quality of their work and activities in favour of students - improved language competencies -increased support for and promotion of mobility activities After the end of this project the participants have -greater capacity with improvement management skills an internationals strategies -increased quality in preparation implantation monitoring and follow up of Eu projects -improved process of recognition and validation of competencies during learning periods -more defective activities for the benefit of the local communities -more modern dynamic and professional environment in the organization itself. The mobility took part at Training 2000 Mondavio Italy from 25th March to 7th April 2015
