The project is aimed at development of quality assurance model for the higher education (HE) "Quality Management & Common Quality Assurance Framework"(QM&CQAF). It is oriented to enhancement of interaction between universities and national labor markets and to dissemination of this model in the Project member-countries. The Common Quality Assurance Framework (CQAF) implemented in the sphere of vocational education and training in the EU and the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 are the base for the QM&CQAF model. Forming of the general understanding of the HE quality and application of the harmonized approaches and criteria to its assessment are essential for promotion of the European integration around the world. The Project will be executed by a network consisting of three groups of organizations. Eight educational organizations from 5 countries (Croatia, Sweden, the Netherlands, Russia, Belarus) participate in the Project. The Project places high emphasis to methodical support preparation and to training of teachers and staff of the organizations which implement the model in organization quality management practice and familiarize the students with the higher education quality principles and the QM&CQAF model. The expected project deliverable is the QM&CQAF model of higher education quality assurance according to educational, cultural, and financial conditions and realities of HE providers. Within the Project it will be developed Guidelines for application of the higher education quality model to support a process of dissemination of the QM&CQAF model.The structure of the Project activities is divided into four main phases: research of the current situation, adaptation/development of the QM&CQAF model, implementation/testing including training of tutors, teachers, and students, and distribution/valorization of the Project with the total duration of 36 months.
