The Dakini Project is a major participatory Anglo/French education support programme that will provide approximately 100,000 pupils and teachers with interactive access to high quality digital teaching resources and materials that will help to maximise their understanding of key cultural, economic, social, historical and geographical issues within the Interreg IIIa region. This unique project will develop a significant digital educational resource for the region, which will include: i) substantial data such as high resolution aerial photography, historic maps, satellite imagery, census data, environmental data, and ii) pedagogic material such as lesson plans, training material, 360o virtual tours and 3D landscape explorations for locations of specific interest.
