The big Reflection a youth mobility project organized by PRONI Centre for Social Education with 5 partners from Austria, Malta, Italy, Norway and the Netherlands, within the framework of POYWE (Proffesional Open Youth Work Europe) What: Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in several European countries come together to discuss their experience, needs and expectations with and from professional open youth work. The group will define the key-offers that youth work has to provide to have a real impact on the lives of young people and produce material (form will be decided by the young people) that can be used to spread the message to youth workers and decision makers across Europe. Main activity will happen in Pirovac, Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia, in period 17- 23 August 2014, where will gather 6 partners sending 4 young people and an accompanying youth workers, in total 33 people. Aims: - to reflect with young people of the main target group of professional open youth work on their needs and expectations from this field of action and examine possible common ground throughout different national realities in the participating countries on those expectations. - to work on the individual learning goals the participants set before hand together with their guiding youth worker. - gather input for the development of a European youth work profile from those that are concerned with it and use it in further planned activities of POYWE such as strategic partnerships for the development of training, definition of youth work and code of ethics... - to create material that reflects the opinion of the young people and also serves to showcase what are the benefits that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can get from youth work. - to raise the skills and self esteem of the participating young people velika Refleksija projekt mobilnosti mladih, kojeg organizira PRONI Centar za socijalno podučavanje s 5 partnera iz Austrije, Malte, Italije, Norveške i Nizozemske, u okviru profesionalnog otvorenog rada s mladima u Europi Što: Mladi s manje mogućnosti iz nekoliko europskih zemalja raspravljaju svoja iskustva, potrebe i očekivanja s i od profesionalnog otvorenog rada s mladima. Grupa će definirati ključne ponude koje rad s mladima treba omogućiti da bi ostvario stvarni utjecaj na živote mladih, te proizvesti materijal (formu će odabrati sami mladiI) koji će se moći koristiti za širenje poruke voditeljima rada s mladima i donositeljima odluka diljem Europe. Glavna aktivnost će se dogoditi u Pirovcu, Šibensko-kninska županija, Hrvatska u razdoblju od 17.do 23. kolovoza 2014., gdje će se okupiti 6 partnera koji šalju po 4 mlade osobe uz pratitelje, voditelje rada s mladima (ukupno 33 osobe) Ciljevi: - reflektirati s mladim ljudima direktne ciljane skupine o profesionalnom otvorenom radu s mladima, o njihovim potrebama i očekivanjanjima od ovog područja rada - istražiti moguće zajedničko ishodište za ta očekivanja, kroz različite nacionalne stvarnosti zemalja koje sudjeluju - raditi na ranije postavljenim osobnim ciljevima učenja sudionika, sa svojim voditeljem rada s mladima koji je u pratnji - prikupiti prijedloge za razvoj profila europskog rada s mladima, od onih kojih na koje se isti odnosi, i upotrijebiti ih u daljnjim planiranim aktivnosti profesionalnog otvorenog rada s mladima u Europi, kao što su strateška partnerstva za razvoj treninga, definiranje rada s mladima, etičkog kodeksa itd. - kreireti materijal koji reflektira mišljenje mladih ljudi i ujedno služi kao primjer korisnosti koje mladi ljudi s manje mogućnosti mogu imati od rada s mladima. -povećati vještine i samopouzdanje mladih sudionika
