Bursa Gemlik Technical and Industrial Vocational High School Maritime Vocational High School as a " Qualified Personnel Needs in the Area of Shipbuilding and Ship Production Titled" National Agency of the project and we would like to be included in the Erasmus + program. Containing three different areas of our school, our project will include sections respectively of Ship Building, Metal Technology in the field of Furniture Interior Technology areas. In our country there are numerous technical and vocational high but our organization on the production of other similar areas such as maritime and ship also incorporates very few high school. The emergence of our project resources is actually quite grown up until 2008, Turkey is the shipping industry. Lehman Brothers crisis in 2008, the famous all over the world as well as our country was adversely affected. At a time of the order to be canceled and forced to work under capacity constraints in shipyards began to attract qualified staff. The impact of the sector to affect charges and the employees were forced to move to different sectors. Healing the wounds of the 2008 crisis that started in these days we can see that the industry rebounded. The world's largest ship , which has one of the production capacity of our country's eminent need for qualified personnel in ship production in Turkey in the coming years more will come up. Indeed, the effects of the 2008 crisis yet reflected in the shipping industry in the country before the ship greatly needed in the production of qualified staff. This comes the need for staff met with staff sought to be imported. So why is surrounded by sea on three sides by educating our students with vocational education in the country in front of the staff should also imports? Our field is required when considering the needs of both countries, the shipping industry are able to say how brilliant it is. By including the three areas of our school, we wanted to achieve with this mobility of the leading countries in Europe in terms of ship production technology mobility in the Netherlands and Germany we require to perform. A total of 40 students and 6 teachers companion in our project containing two different streams will be carried out in Germany and the Netherlands . In this flow comes in threes six companion teacher will accompany the students participating in the flow. 2-week-long project for the mobility of our participants in professional and daily foreign language, cultural and pedagogical needs. These trainings will be organized by our institution. There are no participants with special needs in our project . Our two week-long training program, participants will receive training specific to their area. 20 people Maritiem Research Instituut Nederland Netherlands called Stichting flow will be carried out dry. This stream , which will take place in 15 out of 20 students from the area Shipbuilding, and 5, Furniture and Interior Technology will be selected from the field.
