Teacher education Training Centres Within the Activity 1. We have the Following mobilities to Italy a) 8 Students of Auxiliary Nursing Care , Whose stay will be developed in November 2015 , 4 Weeks b ) 4 Students of Administrative Management , Whose stay will be developed in March 2016 , 4 Weeks c ) 8 Students of Electrical and Automatic Installations ( Electricity ) , Whose stay will be developed in March 2016 , four weeks . As Part Of The Activity 2, for teachers will do job-shadowing in Germany during 5 days Project objectives: * Conduct part of their training in workplaces in Italian companies. • improve their professional qualifications in their professional profile and improve their ability to access the labor market. • Improve your language skills necessary to facilitate training in the sector and subsequent labor mobility, not only in the Canary Islands but also in Europe • Discover their personal abilities and improve their skills and competencies related to entrepreneurship with a view to the possibilities of creating new jobs. • Awaken your interest in training throughout life. • Transparency and recognition of qualifications. * Increase your sentiment as a European citizen.
