Technology for creative thinking
Start date: Jul 29, 2016, End date: Jan 28, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The training " Technology for creative thinking" is designed as a process of informal learning and peer education using participants, from different countries who work with young people, have experience in the fields of youth work, youth arts and international cooperation. Participants are required to have an active input in sharing knowledge and experience, and to be willing to learn new skills in and surrounding the dramatic arts and inter-cultural youth work, from the trainers and each other. This active participation will encourage ownership of the learning, motivation and commitment to working together, building effective international working relationships, making the training an exercise in best practice. The organizers are focused on the individual creative development of each participant and sharing such inter-cultural competences as appreciative inquiry, open minded personality, respect and trust, mutual understanding and team work. Through cultural relationships we strive to generate opportunities for individuals to fulfill their potential and foster the co-operation that contributes to a stable world. We have faith that using theatrical arts within the Erasmus+ Program, is a very valuable tool for developing inter-cultural learning, cooperation, and quality projects in the youth field among all the regions concerned. We wish to create inter-cultural youth projects and network with the various participant organizations within Europe, Eastern Europe and Caucasus. The project venue is Paola. The Training is designed for 26 young people, youth workers without age limits. All materials from our activities will be shared among participants. As we expect our activities to create new partnerships and other collaborations, materials will also serve as a tool in future projects. After the project has come to an end, all participating organizations will host presentations in their home countries about what they have learned about the Erasmus+ Program. We will also ask participants to inform us about the initiated and implemented youth projects after the training course. This information will be important for us as a team to evaluate effectiveness of our work. The project will naturally promote the Erasmus+ Program. Promotion is absolutely necessary as more and more young people of the region are becoming interested in international youth cooperation but are not aware about the tools available. In our mind, the Erasmus+ Program is a perfect tool for supporting and developing international youth cooperation. Our project will contribute to the promotion of Erasmus+ Program as we will encourage and enable NGO leaders in the Program and Partner countries to develop new projects within Erasmus+ Program. There are 3 elements for the summary:1. Transnational. 2 regions and program countries, this includes a long, but vivid processes : in fact renewal of partners, reliable and new partners share their competencies to have a improved pool of techniques and abilities.2. We work on the improvement of competencies concerning the topic of Education, the formal techniques (application) and potentially on tools.3. Non formal education: European Mobility, recognition of competences.
