The Teatrodentro Project stresses the need to keep an open dialogue among subjects working with non-formal education within the prison context, so that good national and transnational practices can become an element of comparison and stimulate successful educational practices.

Our training model aims to promote, among prison workers, new capacity for interpretation and integration processes of change introduced by the use of theatrical techniques-oriented explanation of conflict and optimizes a reformulation of social and interpersonal skills able to redirect the basic needs of the inmate population, with a view to their reintegration into constructive social groups.
