The Teach project centred round the production of a 3-stage university-level framework that promotes high-quality initial and in-service training for specialist adult education staff. In line with the first two Bologna cycles (bachelor and masters), the developed framework incorporates two modules at bachelor level and a variety of modules at masters-level and aims to promote a European Master in Adult Education. Each of the developed modules is accompanied by comprehensive guidance notes for teaching staff and is credit-rated in line with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Key outputs comprise a CD-Rom (and publication) supporting the teaching of adult educators in continuing and higher education alongside a series of case studies.
