The organiser - the Polites Association also provides three participants and additionaly two trainers and one support person. The aim of the training is to enable participants to acquire the specific , practical and effective skills to develop their creativity. We believe that everyone can be creative , creative thinking is not a special talent that only few people are born with. With appropriate support , the acquisition of skills and experience and the right attitude ,-anyone can be creative .
Nowadays creativity is the ability desirable and useful . It is required in the workplace, it is attractive not only in professional life but also in the private sector. It is a skill often decisive for success or failure . We see strong interest in youth workers and youth leaders to enhance their creative potential. We note also the need to systematize the knowledge on creativity and the need to show useful methods to work effectively and creatively .
During the training we will work with methods based on the principles of non-formal education and learning by experience. We will also use the outdoor methods. The training will be conducted by the group process , participants will gradually expand their knowledge and skills. They will also have the occasion learn from and about each other .
Participants will learn and train a number of ways to creatively solve problems and deal with barriers in creativity. People taking part in the training will systematize their knowledge of creativity , they will explore their own potential for creativity and learn how to use it . Long term benefits include changing ways of functioning , becoming more effective in action. An important aspect is also the usefulness of acquired skills in partner organizations that are sending. The skills acquired during the training can be successfully used in the organizations in youth work and in a variety of projects.
