The "Taste of Europe" is a project created by young people from the Polish, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Italy, who decided to answer the question: to what extent culinary art is present in the culture and history of the countries participating in the project, which connects their countries and what divides. The participants wanted to take a crash course in the kitchen of Europe, which was an experience not to be underestimated. Common cooking and multimedia presentations prepared by the young people not only enriched the knowledge of participants on the cuisine of other regions of Europe, but most of all the participants approached each other, allowed them to look more closely at the history of the partner countries. Analysis of traditional cuisine, its evolution through the centuries in the context of historical background aims to show young people that represent the culture of each country.
