The project is developed in the context of the Province of Grosseto including the most marginal areas, in which the promoter is based, but also covers the Province of Livorno and Viterbo. The project aims to meet the need, expressed by the economic stakeholders of the territory, to introduce students to the job market. The internship experience abroad will offer to the students the opportunity to acquire technical and professional skills, even those soft skills, personal and languages, that can give young participants a more competitive professional profile to enter the local and international job market. The project plans to involve in the activities of international mobility the "Business Services and Administration", the "Multimedia and Graphics" and the "Graphic and Communication" study areas. The project aims to meet the needs of the PME of the same business sectors in terms of skills needed by the rapid evolution of technology and by the global market. The educational objectives of the participants are related to the acquisition and / or improvement of - Language skills and soft skills such as adaptability, ability to think critically, initiative, ability to solve problems and work in teams, (common to all the study areas) - Technical and professional skills specific to each study areas - EU key competence (common to all the study areas). Objectives of the promoter and the partnership are: - to increase the quality of training - to expand and improve the skills of their students - to make students more employable - to connect the world of school to the job market in order to meet the needs of the local and European market. - to promote the use of ECVET tools in the recognition of mobility experiences. The expected results include increased training and employability of the participants, an increased efficiency of company partners who may have qualified and updated staff, an improvement of the courses offered by the Institute in terms of quality and European dimension. The expected results for the partnership are: establishment of an international network operational and effective for the organization of mobility experiences abroad, for the exchange of good educational and organizational practices and improvement of the staff skills. The participants will be 80 of whom 30 students with 5 accompanying teachers and 50 recent graduates. The expected flows are as follows: JAN 2016 5 recent graduates administration/commercial area in Spain 5 recent graduates administration/commercial area in UK 5 recent graduates administration/commercial area in MALTA 8 recent graduates graphic and multimedia area in Spain JUNE 2016 6 students graphic and communication area in Spain 6 students administration/commercial area in UK 3 students graphic and multimedia area in UK GEN 2017 5 recent graduates administration/commercial area in Spain 5 recent graduates administration/commercial area in Cipro 10 recent graduates graphic and multimedia area in UK 7 recent graduates graphic and multimedia area in Austria MAG 2017 6 students graphic and multimedia area in Spain 6 students administration/commercial area in Spain 3 students graphic and multimedia area in Austria The project partners are SMEs in the business sectors of the project, professional and entreprenurial associations, vocational education and training institutions. The Institute Bianciardi is at its first experience for project management of international mobility and will use tools and instruments from the T-tactic @ school manual for the management of international mobility projects in schools. The project includes a trial of the transfer system ECVET credit.
