Creating accepting and including atmosphere, where youth will be able to gain a quality teamwork experiences is the main reason of this project. During dealing with practical challenges, working in international teams and helping to create the learning process youth will get to know themselves better. The support of the experienced trainers will enable effective communication between the participants and boost their progress. Main objectives are: to implement at least 20 activities for building teamwork competences, to implement at least 10 activities to train effective communication, get to know the possible influence of nature on the group dynamics, disseminate the findings between partner organizations. Project will gather 42 young individuals from 7 EU member states for 9 days. Participants will sleep in tents, methodology of the work will often include different activities in nature. We are planing: mountain trips, orientation trip, campfire evenings, we will also have Open space time and prepare a crowdfunding campaign. We hope youths will be excited about the project. We hope the project will help them to become ambassadors of active life in their local communities. We believe they will also include their friends and start acting together towards their desires.
