Szakmaközi együttműködések vizsgálata a nevelői-oktatói tevékenység minőségének javulása érdekében
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

’Mozgásjavító’ Kindergarten, Elementary, Secondary School, Unified Special Education Methodology Centre and Students’ Residence is a multi-functional school with the main aim to help students to get the highest level of independence by the co-operation of the institutional units providing independent, self-determined life and social integration. The principle of Mozgásjavító is to raise public awerness in the field of equal opportunity by the whole community of the institute. Furthermore to seek for all the opportunities in social integration and provide individualized education, health and social care and quality self-determined life. Our institute is built up on its traditions. At the same time the continuous development is always provided by the proactive and innovative projects. Different type of experts (SEN teachers, somatopedagogists, physiotherapists, psychologists, teachers, nurses, assistents. etc.) are working together in ’Mozgásjavító’ because of the special needs of our students. They have extended relations with other experts and institutions. The most effective development can only be achieved by teamwork. Thus the efficiency of cooperation was in the center of the project. To this end, our colleagues participated in job shadowings in five institutions from four countries, focusing on the implementation of teamwork. Two of the institutions were already partners of our school from previous projects: - Netherlands - Werkenrode School - Germany - Pater-Rupert –Mayer-Zentrum Both of these institutions had a great effect on the actual structure of Mozgásjavító. Therefore the participants found it important to include both in our project again. Since our collaboration has a long history, the joint work was also of high quality in this field as well. These schools have a similar profile as Mozgásjavító, so our colleagues could easily adapt their experiences. We found our new partners through the website of eTwinning: - Norway - Hop Skole - Norway - Asdal Skole Ressurssenteret - Iceland - Klettaskóli The main criteria for selecting from the schools of Norway were to be an inclusive school and have students with physical disabilities. In case of Klettaskóli, it is the only special school in Iceland. All three have a well-organized, high quality teamwork based on a model. Five people attended in the project. The most important criteria of selection were the undermentioned: - knowledge of language - to be part of teamwork in our school: - 2 SEN teachers of children with physical disabilities: somatopedagogist and physical therapist - 2 SEN teachers of children with physical disabilities: somatopedagogists in inclusion - 1 SEN teacher of children with physical disabilities: form-master - to possess the skills and abilities which make them suitable for independent and teamwork, and to be open-minded for different cultural relations and experiences. During the project we used the following methods: job shadowing, questionnaire, interview. All of these were successfully achieved. The participants got an insight into the teamwork of the partner institutions and its documentations, its structure and its transactions. In the begining of the project the participants examined the teamwork of Mozgásjavító, so there were continous opportunities for feedback and comparing. As a result of experiences they suggested to change the organizing of temawork and the adaptation of documentation in our school. Some of these changes will be used in the next schoolyear. Furthermore all participants brought many other good practices back from the schools. From all these I'd like to highlight the tablet program from Norway and Iceland which will be adapted and used next schoolyear. We did not only share our experiences with our colleagues but also shared it with experts from other institutions on conferences and workshops.
