The project EVS: OPPORTUNITIES FOR AN ACTIVE EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP will be implemented in the Proejcts and Resources' Office of Cremona Municipality together with the Youth Policies Department that coordinates the projects of the program Erasmus + carried out by the Muncipality.The project aims at enhancing, through the presence and the contribution of an EVS volunteer, the involvement of young people on the theme of participation, active citizenship and international cooperation.For this reason, we are searching for a motivated volunteer interested in developing knowledge, skills and competences in the framework of multi-tasking projects and activities dedicated to young people.The volunteer will participate to communication and information actions concerning the oppotunities for young people and it will support project-planning and event's organization.The project is implemented thorugh educational and trianing methodologies based on non-formal and informal education provided by a staff with dynamic and multi-tasking skills and strong competencies in the fields of training, guidance and education of young people.The project aims at spreading the knowledge and understanding of the opportunities offered by the European Voluntary Service building capacity and skills that the volunteers can use even in their professional field.The project's long-term benefits are: increase in the number of requests to participate to European Voluntary Service projects, increase in the number of projects to host European volunteers.
