In this EQF NCP grant request we are mainly focused on the organization of various meetings, workshops and events, to inform public (stakeholders) on the initiative of the European Qualifications Framework, the developing National Qualifications Framework and open questions which have not yet settled in the developing national framework (levels, level descriptors, learning outcomes, credit systems, validation of non-formal and informal learning, quality assurance and referencing methodology). We also aim to dedicate more attention to the employer and develop their skills for participation in development of the learning outcomes.The relevance and the objectives of planned activities are to assure top down and bottom up approach when developing national framework. All three activities mentioned below will be also presented to the National Board for Macedonian Qualifications Framework which has now been nominated from Government of the Republic of Macedonia. The Board is a decision-making authority for Macedonian Qualifications Framework. The main activities encompassed with this plan are the following:First activity is designated to info-days, meetings, site visits and workshops on the developing national qualifications framework and open questions related with: levels, level descriptors, framework, qualifications (including sector qualifications), learning outcomes, credit system, quality assurance and referencing process. For this purpose we will organise five workshops for five different target groups: Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, Employers, Economic Chambers and Professional Associations, universities and students organizations, Board of Accreditation and Evaluation of HE. Conclusions will be presented to National Board for Macedonian Qualifications Framework.
