Project Summer warm up is international youth exchange for youth and young people from 13 till 17 years old. Project participants will come to Pelhrimov in the Czech Republic from Spain, Italy and Estonia. All participants will be involved in the programme from August 22nd till 28th 2016 full of sport activities, activities to support active and healthy approach to life and themselves and workshops with the opportunity to get to know foreign cultures. The project aims are to increase awareness of importance of active and healthy approach to ourselves and to our life, to be active, to get involved, to behave healthy to our body, to support physical and psychological health among young people and public. The activities will also support international cooperation and tolerance and respect to other cultures. All programme activities will be ran with the methods of non-formal learning and in English language. The participation in the project will bring to all young people from various corners of the European union many new knowledge, experience, skills and also new foreign friends.
