Study visit and strategic partnership buildingThe aim of this project is to get to know the organization's activities, visit different youth centers; urban, rural and mobile, form a basis for cooperation, discuss cooperation with youth exchanges and the exchange of volunteers. In this context the introduction of youth policy is important, visits to the youth centers, learn about the activities of mobile youth work and those who work especially with young people at risk. Explore the training of personnel and exchange of good practice where Samfés has tremendous experience in the planning and implementation of workshop and forum for youth workers. This project has two benefits where the board and staff of Samfés do youth work in Iceland and can therefore learn a lot and transfer knowledge and experiences. We have much to learn from staff and board members of the Eesti Ank. Youth Council will enjoy the benefits of this cooperation as this emphasis the basis for cooperation between youth councils in these countries and consequently the youth community in Iceland.
