Facing the problems in the labour markets of the two countries caused by wrong career choices made by students, insufficient information from the labour market, inflexibility of the vocational training system, etc. by pooling the best practices from the two countries and making them adaptable and usable for both sides. The development work will be facilitated by model mirror project elements, such as organising career guidance events, a student exchage pilot project, organising summer camps to facilitate career orientation and employment integration of disabled and disadvantaged youth Achievements: With united eff orts the regional employment services were working on supporting young people fi nishing their compulsory education and entering the job market, especially targeting the most disadvantaged members of the border communities. In close co-operation with educational institutions and local businesses, several trainings and exchange programmes were organised, as well as a career-fi nding camp. In this way, foundations were set for labour market mobility and future close co-operation of labour services, businesses and the education sector.
