The STRIKERS project aims to establish new training approaches, based upon existing ethical behaviour within SMEs, to improve knowledge of social and environmental responsibility. In particular, the project aims at structuring existing ethical behaviour in SMEs, in terms of skills and training needs in order to meet identified training and information needs within SMEs in Europe. The main results of the project will be a comparative study relating to corporate social responsibility and SMEs in the participating countries; a catalogue of existing training modules in the field of corporate social responsibility; a ‘good practice’ guide and a series of training modules. All products will be made available in BG, EE, EN, ES, FR, IT & NO. The main project beneficiaries are companies (particularly SMEs), vocational training organisations and sectoral bodies.Dissemination will comprise the hosting of national and transnational workshops & seminars; the establishment of a dedicated project website and the release of a CD-Rom containing both project information and results (training materials).
