Strategic approach to personnel management (ASMAP)

Collective management methods : The project led to the creation of a tool for reviewing management situations, as a result of combining the key components of the systemic approach, the behaviour forecasting method and the problem-solving method for companies. This project started in 2000 and lasted 24 months.
