On a short term, the young people will make a connection between their interests at the moment and the skills they are developing, and on a long term, they will be given a direction in life, not through external influences but by, enabling them, through this pro-active attitude to find the resources in themselves to connect simple passions and games or activities to higher skills that would help them later in life.
