We wrote this project because we see that in EU is something happening and it is not a way which we would like to go. We would like to train youth workers and educators to use oral history methodologhy in wider and deeper way to raise the quality of their own work with the target group and raise the identity of young people with their own places as well as raise the european identity overall and support the basic values of EU. We are working with this topic since 2008 and we made a lot of concreate work on local level, as well as training courses focused on the concept and international conference of Oral history in Liberec. Our main aim is to equip participants by a new speciphic skills, knowledge and attitude towards the oral history methodology with the focus on practical use of the outcomes of the work with this methodology in youthwork. To fullfill our aim we will organized a training course for those partners which are in touch with NfE and which are able to send us participants with previous educational experience. In our project is only 7 partners as we would like to work more on the topic than focus on intercultural dimmension. Each partner will send 3 participants - it will make it more comfortable for us as well as there will be higher chance to continue with Oral history concept in their local work.We are focusing not only on products but as well on the proccess. That is why we have quite strong system of evaluation in our project. We are as well planning the conference where will be involved different NGO´s as well as individuals and institutions working in the field of the project topic, mainly from Czech Republic. This conference will be the main dissemination tool which we are planning. Project is based on NfE methods and we have participative approach in all of the activities planned in the project. We are as well planning different kind of outcomes (scenarious, conference, good practice descriptions, etc). Our project can influent strongly the way of work with history and civic education. We have already several ideas which can be developed in the partnership as a follow up (KA2).
