A goal of 'Step by step' project is to support volunteers in their personal development, by enable them to realize their creative, artistic and social passions. By cooperation with staff members of Z?ocieniec Cultural Center: exchanging ideas, concepts, values and joint creative activities with kids and youngsters participating in tutorials organized by Center. Another goal is to enrich tutorials by cultures of the volunteers. Meting and integration. We will use active methods of work: recognition, participation, empathy, development of relationships, searching solutions to challenges, implementations of learned skills in new environments. Participation and solidarity are important values for us. Expected results of the project will be work and personal development satisfaction of volunteers and interesting and creative tutorials organized by Z?ocieniec Cultural Center. As well as increase of cultural activities and new spectators. Through personal participation in workshops, courses, events etc volunteers will step by step experience ZCC offer. They will also have opportunities to get to know organizational and technical aspects of our work like: data collection, providing information about our activities, graphic, visual and audiovisual works, acoustic and lighting systems etc. When learned specific skills volunteers will have possibility to enrich ZCC activities according to their own ideas and knowledge. They may also triggers curiosity for those skills in youth and children in Community Centers.
