The project is addressed to the group of 20 graduates of vocational schools ( basic and technicians ) who have completed the school no earlier than one year prior to the project , and the direction of education were: cooks or waiters or similar . These are persons resident in districts Pleszew , Krotoszyn , Ostrów and Jarocin . By participating in the project graduates take the first form of economic activity , the length of which corresponds to the customary probation for 3 months. Such experience is very important for young people entering the labor market. It often happens that employers are afraid to hire employees without professional experience . Therefore, the unemployed graduates take any work and thus move away from their profession . This phenomenon is disadvantageous not only in relation to those people, but also for economic reasons due to costs incurred on their education and social reasons , because such a situation increases level of unemployment. By participating in an internship graduates apply in practice what they have learned in school and acquire knowledge and skills in the field of modern food service. They learn about Italian cuisine , which is very popular among Polish customers. With the acquired skills, the graduates, will be able to find work in companies with the catering industry , the hospitality or tourism . Past internships can also inspire participants to make decisions about employment, to start their own business. The first attractive job in renowned hotels and restaurants will affect the professional and personal development of the participants. Among the expected results , it is important to broaden the knowledge and skills of new techniques connected with catering services and tourist attractions , including the increasingly popular business tourism , the use of new products and semi-finished products , as well as to encourage motivation for the development of creativity in the profession, focus on meeting the needs of the client and the guest. Participants will create professional portfolios , which will present description of skills , news about decorating tables , as well as photos taken of dishes, appetizers, desserts and table decorations as well as trainees' own projects and proposals. Such portfolio can serve as documentation skills while looking for work with an employer or as the beginning of promotional material of one's own business in the field of agro-tourism farms and eco- tourism and catering. Internships will be held in Italy during the 13 weeks period I group (10 persons ) from November 2014 to February 2015 , the second group (10 people) from March to June 2015 .
