We have prepared this project to enable all the participants to start their careers and achieve life stabilization after high school .
The main goal of the project is to develop professional qualifications of trainees and to improve their language skills(all responding to the needs of cooperating with school employers) and social and personal competence. New skills of the trainee will be confirmed by relevant documents. The project objectives are consistent with the goals of the Erasmus + program:
- Contribute to raising the level of crucial competences and skills matched to labor market needs;
- Contribute to improvement of language skills and to promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the EU;
- Expand the international dimension of education and training .
Participants will be students of specializations: tourist services with elements of marketing technician, equipment and renewable energy systems technician- a total of 64 people . After completing the preparatory classes they will go - divided into four groups of 16 people- for internships in Italy(two groups) and Spain(also two groups). In the school year 2014/15 for internships will leave: one group to Italy and one to Spain. Identical groups will leave for internships in the year 2015/16 .
After completion of the placement and return to school, trainees will prepare: on-line filled report, presentations outlining their participation in the project to disseminate the results . After closing conference, their participation in the project will end but the results of it will be a long lasting and have enormous impact on their professional and personal life.
During the implementation of the project, methodology procedure will be based on a clear division of tasks and on principle of constant supervision over all project activities. From the first phase(creating objectives of the project) to the last(popularisation and closure of the project) documentation will be collected, and the responsibilities of project employees team will be well-defined.
The most important hard results of the project are:
- Professional practice completing,
- Completing, by the participants, planned and implemented in school course of cultural preparation which inform about countries of placements, professional training which prepare trainees to cope with working under pressure, in situations of stress caused by a foreign environment, poor knowledge of the language etc.;
- Completing by participants language courses (Italian and Portuguese);
- Receiving by the project participants Europass Mobility;
- Receiving by the participants, new language course completion certificates;
- Receiving by the participants certificates of cultural and pedagogical preparation , issued by the school;
- Receiving by the participants an internship certificate, issued by the partner organizations.
Main soft results include:
- Professional and linguistic development of interns, increase their chances of finding- after graduation- jobs that match the expectations of trainees ;
- Gaining the ability to work in a team;
- Acquiring the ability to use information technology;
- Learning about culture, history and customs of the host countries;
- Development professional and personal aspirations
Material products of the project will be:
- Photos and videos taken during the project;
- Presentation outlining the project;
- Materials created during evaluation of the project.
Qualifications, developed and established through participation in the project, will allow participants, after graduating from high school, to become a valuable and sought-after employees; institutions of employment will become competitive on the market also because of employees knowledge and experience. This way, trainees indirectly contribute to strengthening the market position of their future employers.
With the implementation of the entire project ZS in Siennica will gain experience in international cooperation , increase its prestige and popularity, which should improve recruitment.
Project partners will expand their knowledge and skills useful in developing international activities. School representatives and foreign partners, who work in the project will get to know people raised in a different cultures. This will contribute to development of their sensitivity to issues of intercultural dialogue, custom and behavioral diversity of customs in other European countries.
