Project 'Professional practice in Germany - better chance at labour market" is an internship program for students of SPŠ stavební in Liberec. Dispatching organization is SPŠ stavební Liberec, partnership organization is BFW Bau Sachsen e.V. Überbetriebliches Ausbildungszentrum Bautzen from Bautzen. Project will be held in the course of 18 months, from September 2016 to February 2018.Internships will take place in BFW Bau Sachsen e.V. Überbetriebliches Ausbildungszentrum Bautzen and in other collaborating construction companies.Following activities will be realized in the course of the project:Students’ Speciality Course – internship at the organization providing speciality training – two courses are scheduled for this activity each consisting of 5 second-year students. The length of the course is 14 days.Students’ Speciality Course – internship at partnership companies – one course is scheduled for this activity consisting of 10 third-year students. The length of the course is 21 days.Throughout high school studies students get to know wide range of theoretical knowledge, however, they have limited opportunity to prove their knowledge in practice. During the internship students can learn more about practical aspects in their respective field of study - experience the work processes of construction companies in Germany from the management, processing and engineering point of view. Students will be assigned to individual companies according to their field of study.The objective of the internship is the experience from the construction company environment, learning new processing and management methods. The project will lead to the improvement in practical knowledge of students, acquiring new skills and contacts. Students also improve their level of foreign language and broaden their vocabulary. Students also realize the importance of foreign language and experience new environment, culture and meet new friends. At the end of the project further collaboration of participating subjects is presumed.
