The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 60 students of the Agronomic School Complex in Minsk Mazowiecki by organizing their vocational internship in Greece. Through participation in the internship the participants will:a) gain practical skills required for performance of their profession in the futureb) acquaint themselves with the realities of employment in the European marketc) gain vocational experienced) become aware of the benefits and risks of the cultural diversitye) will increase the ability to use English (key competence) in the work environmentThe project will use the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET ) designed to facilitate the collection and recognition of qualifications acquired in Greece by the project participants.The results of the project will be :a) increasing the value of the labor marketb) raising the self-esteem of participantsc) acquisition of skills needed for employment in the car industry, confirmed with Europass certificated) higher scores in external vocational exame) development of language skillsf) acquisition of teamwork skillsg) getting to know the realities of the European labor marketThe project will contribute to enhancing the value of human capital in the Masovian voivodship and be an example of good practice in the organization of international internships for students of vocational schools. Moreover it will have positive impact on strengthening the cooperation in the field of education between Greece and Poland.
