The theme chosen for this youth exchange project-"SURVIVAL-Standing; United; Rural; Inside and Innovation; Values; Learn "relates closely with an order of reason, namely to combat the estrangement and alienation of the younger generations about what is the common European project, as well as its unifying, social and economic significance, seen daily through numerous sources of information, such as the mass media, academic studies and European and national reports and guidelines. With this project, the first to be carried out by our Association, we want to develop the European spirit of our local youngsters, taking advantage of this opportunity offered by the Erasmus Youth in Action programme, share our problems and seeking for solutions with the support of the others European partners. The project comes as well in order to develop the knowledge and skills of young people to build solutions that favor, their integration into national and European space. It is an Exchange activity directed to youngsters, some part, from disadvantaged areas of Europe, vulnerable backgrounds to social and economic level of employability (problems that also affect our members in the association) and to promote actions in order to fight the geographical and social risks that we and our partners they face almost everyday and to attempting towards an integration of the respective regions with more visibility and importance in the actual European context.
