The project will unite 21 participants, who during the week will discuss in non-formal way values in general: ethical, moral, spiritual, and ideological (religious, political), social and aesthetic values. To understand people of other cultures, we must first understand their values, beliefs and assumptions that motivate their behaviour of their values over. In addition to teambuilding, discussions, presentations and intercultural evenings we will have some great workshops: woodworking workshop "Create your values", gardening workshop "Grow up with the values", art workshop "Colour your values", music workshop "Sound of values", multimedia workshops (video, print). As results of the exchange participants will display the values of different cultures and countries by preparing playground for kids and by giving two short concerts: one in Erberge for local inhabitants and the second in the Social Care Centre for disabled people "Memele", which is situated 5 km from Erberge, prepare short video about the exchange and small photo exhibition which will be shown in all project partnercountries.
