The well qualified labor force is an indispensable component for a productive economy. The way that has been the well qualified labor force is possible with well planned vocational and technical education. In this respect, vocational and technical education is critically important for the developing economies. Turkey feels a lack of well qualified labor force to employ in its own developing industry. The cause of the problem has been faced problems both secondary and higher education level of the Turkish vocational and technical education system. Our aim is to provide our students who attends in the field of IT, to attain proficiency to relief them from the socio-economic problems of our region. Thus, students will be sample around by getting away from violence and terror. We aim to prevent the perception of violence with a better profession and education.It will help us to grop our school absenteeism and violence rates . We would like to ensure our young people’s active participation in society with the development of social capital among young people. They feel that they are the most important part of the community to increase the level of education they think they tryed. The participants the education of our school,they see their usage and facilities in their Professional organisations to see in Europe, this Professional experince, are expected to transfer to their institutions. Accordingly Erasmus+ Leonardo Da Vinci mobility programs and national targets in line with the European cooperation promotion, Europeannes, quality and innovation will be adopted by agreement of the concepts are aimed. Our primary goal; market conditions demand to educate young people with high qualificaions. Vocational skills to improve their foreign language,international Professional certification infrastructure, outlining the vocational education and industry cooperation to ensure our country, our school and promote our culture in abroad, promotion of the country in order to contribute to this Project has been prepared. As a result of the interviews we have done with the partners (střední průmyslová škola and Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação Aplicada );we will perform a flow in the 4 weeks with 20 students accompanied by three teachers (april 1 to may 1 / july 1 to july 31 )
