We would like to send twenty students and two escorting teachers to Budapest, Hungary for a three weeks internship in September 2016. The pupils are mechanic and economic and business – students.Our schools’ training structure and scope of activity continuously follows the needs of the labor market. The vocational education is inconceivable without practical training. Nowadays it is indispensable for the students who graduate from our vocational school to have a thorough, usable real life practical knowledge besides the theoretical education.Educational Goals:Our students through MÁV will a) become familiar with:- the laws regulating the activities of the Hungarian large national company,- the key financial conditions of the company’s market adaptation,- principles and methods of managing, organizing and operate the business management processes.b) become aware of: - basics of the business management: finance, accounting and taxation of the company,- principles of business finance, the methodology of analyzing activities, the basic methodology of decision preparation. c) have the opportunity to know what regulations are applying to a private company which operates in the field of young (both legislative and administrative sense).d) learn about the receiving company’s special: funding, accounting, taxation documents, meanwhile, they will increase their skills and openness to the English language.Of course, all of these will be basic knowledge. We know that these three weeks are not enough to acquire a multi-year vocational training, but it is definitely enough to our students to have a complex view about the operation of MÁV, and usage of the special economic, financial, accounting, taxation documents.To the application, we attached motivation letter, language skills test for examining student´s skills to select candidates, list of cultural program, info voucher about important information about the internship (both in English and Hungarian), and a Pre and Post visit evaluation form.
