Project „ We know original Italian Gastronomy“, is dedicated to emploees of school – teachers of specialized subjects at school, for emploees of school, who teach these subjects. The main aim of project is to know originality of Italian gastronomy in working experience as the way of form of education for members of project. Project shows and improves quality of education through the stage and members who participate on this stage, can see preparing real meals, drinks when they visit secondary school, travel agency, they can know managment and marketing of small and large firms in Italy. Improving level of education, modernization,improving of quality teaching at school and using new technologies, steps, trends into practical teaching, we achieve conformity with theoretical and practical teaching. Stage in Italy helps to find new contacts and it means new students for our school. Organization of events – Gastrofestival, Experienced Gastronomy, The week of Italian Gastronomy, Open days doors, helps to inform public about our school in our region. Knowledge of new technologies in managment and marketing helps to join theoretical and practical experience and prepare students to be better on labour market.
