The provision of quality education in vocational sport training, acquisition of professional competences with the possibility of dual sport and professional career and the successful realization of graduates in the European labor market is a huge challenge. Nowadays sport becomes part of the general culture of individuals and active and healthy lifestyle into a factor for long-life and health. This project enables 65 students from the Sports School ”D. Rohov”, Sliven studying "Sport" and profession "assistant coach" to increase their professional knowledge and skills in Spain or in Italy. The students are 9th-12th grade, 16 to 19 years old. Practices and work in a real working environment will enable them to improve their professional skills and to make sport their profession. The participants in both mobilities will be trained by highly qualified teachers and coaches in one of the two host partners: ”Assocoacione LUCE" in Italy and ”ESMOVIA”, Spane. Within tree weeks during the first term of 2016/2017 those students who have passed through the selection and preliminary training activities will learn coaching practices on judo, sambo, wrestling and football for children up to 10 years and adolescents up to 15 years. They will organize and conduct friendly football matches and competitions in judo, sambo and wrestling, which will provide them with the opportunity to receive additional qualification as "organizer of sporting events and activities." In the host countries there will be lessons in Spanish or Italian languages. At the end of the mobility Bulgarian participants will make exams and will receive a certificate of acquired language skills. Teachers of special subjects and sport in Spain and Italy will share their experience with their Bulgarian colleagues. They will learn innovative European practices that will motivate students to learn and do sports in order to prevent leaving school and reduce youth unemployment. The project will provide equal opportunity to students regardless of gender, ethnicity and social status to practice in Spain or in Italy to upgrade their knowledge and skills and compare them with European ones. Practice will introduce Bulgarian participants with the novelties in the world of their sports, with the modern equipment for stadiums and sports halls as well as the newest teaching methodologies and systems for working with different ages. Participants will be acquainted with the role of training sessions held twice a day and practicing additional sports. By participating in the project participants will gain cultural competences, master the principles of fair play and overcoming aggression in sports fields. Both partner organizations will issue certificates to graduates after passing the examination in each module. They will receive an Europass certificate and ECVET credits ensuring a high qualification in two professions and greater employment opportunities for development and implementation on the labor market as assistant coaches or organizers of sports events. The impact on the staff will be expressed in the form of enrichment of professional, organizational and managerial experience in order to continue work on new projects. We will develop, in the short term plan and long term plan, the created partnership based on the assimilation and implementation of innovative European practices and work in an international team. We will do that by creating a European network of sports schools and clubs to provide modern quality education in sport. The strategy of our school envisages the initiation of new activities in the field of formal, vocational and non-formal education, establishing partnerships for preparation and issuance of sport literature; promoting the possibilities of "Erasmus +” and expansion of the number of partnership, individuals and organizations.
