The project is implemented with the aim to develop the knowledge and skill of young people and to promote their personal development that will be useful in their future. Project objectives are:1) Introduce youth in Pavilosta county with EVS positive effect youth life;2) To introduce volunteers with Latvian culture, traditions and Latvian language;3) To promote young people's active participation in both the project and the local community;4) To promote intercultural dialogue between young people involved in the project, the project partners and Pavilosta county society;5) Promote youth creativity, initiative and willingness to participate;6) Improve working quality of the hosting organization by increasing both the network ,the experience and competence.The project will involve one volunteer( (12 months) The total project duration is 16 months. The project provides one activity - volunteering.The project will practice such non-formal education methods: Ice breaking, brainstorming, role play, role changes, group building activities, simulation activities, intercultural learning, group and team building activities, feedback, presentation skills.Main themes: creativity and culture, international cooperation, international relations and development cooperation, intercultural / intergenerational education and (lifelong) learning.Expected results: acquired new knowledge, skills, attitudes and experiences for volunteers, the sending organization and the hosting organization (the coordinating organization) by participating in the project. Volunteers will get useful knowledge and skills for their future (develop and gain new competences, get new skills and plan cooperation options etc..) that can be used in other life situations. Volunteers get to know a new culture and present theirs.
