The energy dependence of Spain stood at 70.8%, well above the EU average (53.8%), according to latest data released by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism in the Energy Balance.20/20/20 targets registered in the framework of Europe 2020, compliance with SET Plan objectives and plans have favored the development of new technologies and increased production of clean, sustainable energy. Renewable energies have become an important part of the national energy mix, with a share of 12.2% in primary energy and 30.3% in electricity generation in 2012.The July 25, 2009 came into effect Directive 2009/28 / EC on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources sets a binding target for Spain of 20% renewable energy by 2020. To achieve these objectives are underway both the Action Plan and Energy Efficiency Savings 2011-2020 as the Renewable Energy Plan 2011-2020.This project stems from the specific requirement to provide, first, students of institutes involved to Sem@schools.eu, KA2 VET project, in which the coordinator is a partner, the opportunity to develop an internship abroad in all sectors that during the course of their daily tasks and work can implement measures for energy saving and efficiency.The project targets to 63 participants, 59 from 18 years old, young Spaniards and 4 under 18 years old, in vocational training intermediate and graduates in the year, in the sectors that during the course of their normal work can implement measures for energy saving and efficiency. Aims: to provide the opportunity for students of Spanish institutes project partners the possibility of developing the FCT in a country of Erasmus + program and get the title of the corresponding family under the rules of the autonomous community of belonging and to recent graduates the project offers the possibility of having a first work experience abroad. The aim is to create "green skills" without creating new professional workers but including useful skills to existing profiles. Sectors: energy efficiency, energy saving, renewable energy and all sectors that during the course of their daily activities can implement efficiency measures and energy saving.Participants regardless of the destination country and the language is or is not included in the platform of the Commission, made a language course in the sending country, organized by the sending organization in collaboration with CCIS, before departure for 2 Saturdays because weekday have class, classes of 5 hours each day and 1 saturday for predeparture training, 5 hours. CCIS and sending organizations are responsible for providing a certificate of attendance.The practices will be developed for 90 days in Portugal: 17 places, Italy: 30 places, Denmark: 6 places, Germany: 6 places, Bulgaria: 4 places.Juan XXIII Institute: 10 participants, 4 children, 5 per year. IES Tirant Lo Blanc: 3 participants, 1 2017, 2 2018, IES Juan Bosco: 4 participants, 2 per year, IES Ribera Arabist Carcaixent: 10 participants, 6 for 2017, 4 for 2018, IES Sanje: 10 participants, 5 per year, VBI CIPFP 10 participants, 5 per year, , IES la Marxadella, 7 for 2017, 9 for 2018.Project goal: to develop a dynamic approach to the demand for training in the "Energy" sector to attract qualified personnel.There are provided two accompaining persons, one flow for the 4 participants under 18 years old of the IES Juan XXIII who will stay five days to Italy to accompany participants and help them in the integration process.Financial assistance is requested in the budget for the linguistic preparation of participants who go to Portugal: 17, Denmark: 6 and Bulgaria: 4, since they need to have a basic level of user in order to live and work in the country. Expenses for other language courses cover the funding helps the organization section.The monitoring is done through questionnaires, prepared according to the SWOT analysis, to measure the quality of practice, project and suggestions. Partner organizations have decided to establish some indicators to measure the objectives achieved and the impact of the project:75% of participant satisfaction rate is measured through questionnaires, once the participants have completed mobility.75% satisfaction rate of the host organizations; It will be measured through a questionnaire when mobility be terminated.75% satisfaction rate on the project; will be measured through a questionnaire addressed to all the partners, at month 24, during the final evaluation.
