Project "Space for youth activities - BE LEADER BE ENTREPRENEUR" is designed to stimulate the participation of young people in European projects and stimulate leadership spirit, entrepreneurship and creativity, their employability by transnational youth initiatives by ERASMUS + program and participation in collaborative projects with partners or groups from other countries. Participation of young people in the European active citizenship through a series of events for training and acquisition of skills, exchange experience and practices.The project objectives are:- To encourage entrepreneurship and leadership among young people.- To promote the exchange of best practices relating to innovative youth projects ..- To improve participants' skills in management prelated to youth projects- To offer new tools and approaches for further development of youth entrepreneurship in Europe.- To enable young leaders to act as distributors of acquired competences in theirlocal communities.Methodology:The methodology of the workshop is based on the fundamental principles of non-formal education. Provided methods give toparticipants the opportunity to participate fully in the learning process. The course focuses on key aspects ofnon-formal education. The learning process will be constantly adapted to the needs and motivationparticipants as well as to the rhythm of the work of the group.In addition, an essential element of the methodology is based on the holistic nature of the learning experience through methodsThey include not only cognitive or intellectual approaches, but also cover the emotional attitude towards them.The variety of methods of work (presentations, seminars, role plays, simulations, debates, individualquestionnaires, drafting and project management techniques feedback, teamwork, etc.) will helpparticipants to acquire new core competencies and experience.- To stimulate the ambition of young people and their intrinsic motivation to creativity and entrepreneurship throughhorada young youth initiatives to acquire new skills and become more active and informed citizens of their society. To create the most favorable atmosphere between the participants to meet with the beauty of Bulgaria with rich cultural and historical heritage, traditions and custom.Participants: 48 youth and youths from Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria.Youth Exchange will be held from 7 to 16 September 2016. in the town of Velingrad, Bulgaria.
