The film project "The South Baltic in moving images" has a number of goals and objectives that we want to achieve.The first is to show the attractiveness of the regions involved in the programme. Attractiveness in terms of tourism, as a residence, study, work or doing business. The appearance of cooperation and inter-regional networks that had been created thanks to the implemented projects. Another goal is to promote outputs and results of projects carried out between 2007 and 2013. Dissemination of them among potential new beneficiaries. Dissemination of information about people who took part in the ongoing projects and to introduce changes that occurred in them. Implemented thematic projects have developed a range of innovative products and solutions, which will also be presented in the film. Showing the continuity and impact of projects undertaken in the previous programming period for a new programme focused on blue and green growth. By producing and broadcating movie in all 5 states involved in South Baltic Programme, we will promote South Baltic Programme, cross boarder cooperation as well as added value of that cooperation. Even though each projects implemented in South Baltic Programme 2007 - 2013 had their own dissemination, we would try to make the aggregation of implemented projects and promote the programme through the prism of results, innovative solutions and products including networks. Expected Results: The main aim of the project is to develop a movie that effectively and appealingly disseminates the South Baltic Programme 2007 - 2013 rich portfolio of solutions and good practices. The movie will showcase the impact of the programme on individual recipients and participants in the projects, as well as in the context of the macro region. FORMAT: Widescreeen; 1:2:35. The movie will be recorded with use of cameras Sony PXW-FS7 (mount EOS), zoom Zeiss CP.2 as well as lighting system Kinoflo 120 andPar 64. For taking pictures from air, the Dron DJI Phantom 2 with full system of FPV and iOSD will be used, guided by an aerial footage director and drone operator with professional quadcopter equipped with image stabilization system, including redundant power supply and propellers. Aditionally, profesional sound design recording will be provided during shooting by using the Rekorder Zoom h4 – microports (2x). Edititing will be made with use of Adobe Premiere Pro CS 6.0, After Effect 6.0 and with the software After Effect 6.0 and Adobe Photoshop 6.0, Shake 4. VISUAL AIMS: One of the greatest masters of street photography was Henri Cartier Bresson. Like no one before, he could be in the right place and time to capture a moment, never to be repeated again, enveloped by his craftsmanship, keen eye and sense of composition. Expected result is broadcasting movie in all 5 member states to promote the South Baltic Programe, its achievements and good practices.
