Our target volunteer age rank differs between 18-30 years old. Our volunteers will be selected according to such criteria which is being qualified in the concepts of media and tending to participate in group activities. The volunteers who have not had broad opportunities to socialize, to have euality with their peers in aspects of life quality or to have prominent economical roles in the society will be given priority.
Our volunteers are going to participate in several training courses and activities. They are supposed to take part in not only sports activities but also desingning and drawing works related to visual media tools; apart from that activities mentioned, there are going to be works indoor such as the ones are in the office. These activities have a duty which motivates volunteers work with young people.
Furthermore, our volunteers will be provided with some courses to learn the local languages of the countries they will be in. The expected outcomes of the project are to make volunteers gain the faculty of activating against discrimination, to create a sense of respect to different cultures, to overcome common stereotypes which have strong and deep roots in almost each culture. The participants will be able to understand how wrong to have ‘ Foreigner Prejudice’ idea by activating on different grounds
Young participants will be able to use knowledge obtained from the project for a long life time and will be able to transfer it to both their careers and daily lives, so they will provide people around them to take advantage of that utility.
